webcam not working

I have a toshiba satellite L355-S7811 and it has a built in webcam and mic. I change OS from Vista to Ubuntu 9.04 because well vista sucks and i didnt feel like going thru the proccess of downgrading from vista to xp because it is a hassle. My problem is that i have no idea how to get the webcam and mic to work and since i am kind of new to linux i need help. What should I do?

We need to know what model webcam your computer has builtin. Open an Applications-->Accessories-->Terminal and type:

lspci

and then

lsusb

Paste the output of the above commands in your next post.
