Power manager do not change power source automatically

Hi,

I have Juanty Jackalope and Toshiba A300.
Gnome-Power-Manager loads good status at boot, I mean if laptop is running on power cable GPM see that, if laptop is booted on battery - GPM see that.
But when I plug/unplug cable on running OS, GPM only changes Recharging/Discharging but not power source status. It is very annoying because I have to change battery power source settings manualy each time.

Restaring GPM do not help. So maybe restaring power deamon?
Is there a way to fix that? Or just to manually switch between power sources?
