aMSN skin crashed - can't fix

I don't know how this happened, but for some reason when I open aMSN all the drop-down menus on top are gray with either no text, or text that is also gray and blends in. The skin I am using is "Loi-B's Skin" which is a mostly gray-themed skin which I actually enjoyed before this started happening.

I've tried un-installing aMSN and re-installing.. same skin is set and I have the same problem. Somehow I've got to change the skin setting or delete the skin, since un-installing obviously doesn't get rid of it.

Anyone had this problem or have any advice?

Hmm no replies yet.. dang. Is there a standard method of more thouroughly un-installing a program than with synaptec? Or perhaps an option inside of synaptec. I think this would be worth trying..
