Using Haoppauge TV IN card and viewing

I have Happauge tuner card with coax and S-video in. The coax works fine with my cable and MythTV.

Can I add a second video input using the S-video in and , if so, what software do I need to view it? A how to with the recommended software?

I am hoping ot input my wireless receiver which receives my cable DVR output (premium channels unavailable on regular cable which is already viewable via Myth TV, need the DVR box)

You could try Tvtime and converter (Composite > S-video)
    Lenovo Ideapad Flex 15

    Hi Bob,
What Hauppauge card are you using as i would like to buy a tv tuner card but haven't been able to find a Linux compatible card yet.

It is a Happauge PVR 150 or maybe 250 I think. Internal to the HP media center that is 5-6 years old now I bet. Provides coax , S-video and composite inputs.
