Well it just did'nt excite me and certainly not blown away, probably because of the context the demo was shown in, A computer generated interaction is no substitue for the real thing.

Doesn't anyone else wonder why the "AI" in this demo is so amazing, but Microsoft is using it for a game . . . seems to me that this was all preprogrammed and scripted for shock-and-awe. No game is that smart for real.

Sony actually had a no-controller line of games for the Playstation called called Eye Toy. It used a webcam to track your movements.

They were mostly fitness/aerobics games and collections of mini-games for parties. It worked surprisingly well for stuff like that.
