    Issue 23 in the downloads, is issue 24!! Please replace #23 a.s.a.p.

    The link is wrong it points to http://fullcirclemagazine.org/issue-24/ which is issue 24. I've just mailed the site admin regarding that. Issue 23 is very much available at
