Where did they go???

Hello All,
I've been using xubuntu 9.04 for about a week or so now. I booted up today though, and both my taskbars (one on top and one on bottom) have somehow vanished. I can't recall anything in particular that I did to cause this, but I would like to get them back.

Xubuntu uses xfce4-panel not gnome-panel
