    Acidhouse, back to '87 '88...

    I remember the raves I went to in A'dam, firstly organized by some Brits.
    Man, I loved it, and my feel is that from '92 that whole scene never developed further. I quit the scene in '94..
    Now I listen mainly to singer-songwriter

    You can do that kind of stuff with mplayer or with streamripper/streamtuner...

    The mplayercommand is pretty simple, it should be in their own documentation somewhere...

    Andreas Vollenweider, Don Dorsey, Tomita are three old-school that are also good. I think the preferred term for these guys(first and last) would be "space" music or new age, though. Don Dorsey does classical but with an electronic twist. Don't use big speakers up loud, though, if you live in a small flat...
