I recently got got a little tired of my typical racing sims, got a wile hair and decided to get back into some sim flying. my old stick died a couple years ago, so I started looking around at some new ones, and wanted some people opinions. This one caught my eye:

Thrustmaster T. Flight Hotas X

12 buttons, seperate throttle control, adjustable resistance ... and can be found for less than $50. so, even if it only lasts a year it'll probably be worth it, lol. it's gotten some great reviews, but I was wondering, has anyone here tried this on Ubuntu, or any linux system? if so, how was it ... and if you didn't like it, what would you recommend? I'd like to stay around the $50 mark if at all possible ... I'd spend $250 on a new wheel/pedals before I spend it on a joystick (but I don't have that money to spend on peripherals anywayz, ha)
