    SAPI5 TTS reader in Ubuntu?

Is there a TTS program for Ubuntu that can read SAPI5 text to speech voices (ex. by Neospeech, or the ones that come with windows) with the ability to read from the clipboard? I can get things to work in Wine, but not with clipboard reading, so I thought it might work better if it was for Ubuntu rather than on Wine. Anyone know of any way to do this.
