Lightbulb Saving whole interface with icons order (and AWN-bar?)

    Hi folks!
I'm using Ubuntu when geeking and I love the way to totally change the interface from for instance Leopard to Vista to Ubuntu-theme.

But I was wondering if it is possible to in some way (or if there's a program to do this) save the interface so I can easelier switch between the themes without have to customize everything every time.

Fx when I use Mac4Lin I have my icons in the right side of the screen and I'm using the AWN bar and off cause a Leopard background image.

If I then wanted to switch to fx a Vista theme I would like to have the icons in the right side, with no AWN bar and without any top panel.

Right now I have to change everything every time, but I was wondering if there is a program to save these kinda informations and switch them on and of with the theme easely.

    - *puh* that was quite long, but I hope you understand me -

Would it be hard to make?
Won't it just be some information saved in a program telling the computer which things that should be turned on and off (theme, sounds, AWN-bar etc.)?

*and of cause I mean the icons in the left side when using windows theme*

I researched a bit, but it is hard to find anything but this thread...

I found this program, but I can't see if it has something to do with it.

Can someone please tell me if they know this program or another?
