    Dv-7 2040 no sound

    I have a Hp Pavilion dv-7 2040ed with a integrated 3D soundblaster compatible 16 bit integrated card but the sound isn't working.

    It looks like the soundcard is recognized good but it isn't working. I tried a headset to make sure the speakers work but also no sound with the headset.

    does somebody have a tip?
