I just have to say that Ubuntu really impressed me. I have been a Windows user almost exclusively...branching out to MacOS and VMS a little for work. I downloading the LiveCD last night and ran it on my Dell Inspiron 9300 and it worked great. I'm going to look into downloading the regular CDs and installing it. The only thing is I don't have regular Internet access over here in Iraq (while I'm here) so I won't be able to hook the thing up and get online. But I think I'm a new linux user now.
