Question VIA Openbook based netbook help

    Hi!

I tried to install Xubuntu 9.04 on eNote VED8900 - VIA Nano based netbook, but I failed. After boot progress bar went throgh and dekstop manager starts booting, X crashed. Any idea how to solve this problem even with vesa driver? How to make LIVE USB to boot using vesa and than try to install openchrome svn driver, which have basic support for vx800 chipset.

Thanks and sorry for my bad english.

I saw someone else working on a VIA/OpenChrome install over here. Perhaps he points to some leads?
