Unhappy Real-time plotting - Replacement for xplot?

I'm looking for something that will let me plot x/y data in real-time as a program generates it. It looks like xplot can do this, but it's not maintained and it's years old--you can't even resize the window!

Does anyone know of another program that will let you display data as it's generated?
