Question Re: Do you listen to internet Radio?

I listen to Soma FM (www.soma.fm) - particularly the Groove Salad station through RhythmBox with no problems at all.

    Give it a listen!

I listen to Last.fm. It's especially nice right after a reformat before I've moved all my music over, as it's tailored to your tastes.

No, the speaker at my PC is off until I need it, very rarely.

    I have a real radio.

I was listening to stations from Shoutcast via Rhythmbox for ages... And then along comes Jaunty which gives me an error saying I don't have the right codec or some such installed (been driving me nuts actually). I'm sure it's just something I need to install to fix this but dang if I can figure out what it is.

On 8.04 though it was just a matter of right-clicking on the "Tune In" button, clicking on "Copy Link Location" and Pasting that into a new station in Rhythmbox. But that was in Hardy Heron. Jaunty seems to be giving me problems with that routine. I'm pretty sure the streams will play on Jaunty using MPlayer though... Or Totem, I can't remember which. Sorry I can't check just this very second, I'm at work behind a Windows PC.
