Nautilus Sort by & Group by File Order Setting

How do I get both the Sort by Name and Group by Type option similar to the Windows Explorer in Windows XP & Vista?

Unfortunately, the idea has yet to be implemented.

This is marked on Brainstorm as implemented early 2011 but I can't see anything else about it (let alone how to turn this on).

Any idea what happened?
