Hello to all,
I received my Ubuntu CD's at the end of November 05. I installed it without problems and following the advice given in the forum on various threads I have been able to install Opera ( and get it to print) Real Player, Flash 7, my Lexmark printer, mustek parallel scanner and digital camera Thanks to all those who contributed.

I have tried Linux before but this seems to be the distro that works for me. I dont like windows ( a personal choice and no offence to those who like it ).
So now Christmas is out of the way I can get down to improving my knowledge of this OS .
