    Ndiswrapper D-Link DWA-142 works in 8.10 not in 9.04

Hi, my Dlink dwa-142 always worked great in Kubuntu 8.10, I just installed ndiswrapper (1.53), ndisgtk, selected the inf file and the adapter worked without failure!
Yesterday I upgraded to Kubuntu 9.04, when i execute:
ndiswrapper -l it says netmw245: driver installed, device (07D1:3B10) present
But when i run Ndisgtk it says "Unable to see if hardware is present".
Using the KNetworkmanager I can disable or enable the adapter and the LED blinks during this operation but making a connection is not possible.
    Any solutions?
    Thx
