Problem with Adobe Flash Player on Ubuntu 9.04

So I just clean installed Ubuntu 9.04 on my lap top and I can't seem to install adobe flash player. It worked fine with Ubuntu 8.10. When I try to install the Adobe flash player plug in for Firefox it has an error message. Any idea for help is appreciated.

Re: Problem with Adobe Flash Player on Ubuntu 9.04

charleskw, I did the exact things but after some restarts playing with other things I tried flashplugin-nonfree and it was able to install. I guess just put it back on your list of things to do with Jaunty for a few minutes then try it again.

Unfortunately, I can't get Hulu.com to work...youtube works...but I don't want youtube.

It's in the multiverse. You'll have to enable the repo.

I can't test hulu.com for you as I'm not in the states. Sorry. Should work. I've not come across anything I couldn't play.

I'd suggest looking into the ubuntu-restricted-extras package.

Re: Problem with Adobe Flash Player on Ubuntu 9.04

Ah yeah I should have mentioned, only having one flash player really helps
