This card was a terrorist for me using Debian Lenny. I got it work using Ayuthia suggestion.
sudo modprobe -r b43 b44 ssb wl
sudo modprobe wl
sudo modprobe b44
sudo ifconfig eth0 up
sudo ifconfig eth1 up
sudo iwlist scan
Do the following to make it connect automatically upon reboot.
