All I see are two different versions. One is an RC and one claims to be the full version. Are these the official hash sums given or just of these supposed RCs pretending to be the official releases I wonder...

They're the DVD images, so if you want to download and burn 4.3 GB you can.
Doing so however can slow down mirroring, thus slow down the release for everybody else
