Closing Jaunty Forum

Just a reminder, we will be closing the Jaunty Jackalope Testing and Discussion forum tomorrow when K/X/Ubuntu 9.04 is released. You can asking K/X/Ubuntu 9.04 support in the general forum area starting tomorrow.

The Karmic Koala Testing and Discussion forum will be opening soon.

How about not closing it, since someone might want to reply to a thread? Maybe they found a solution to a problem they had, so they can mark their thread solved and post the solution?

Better than making the person create a new thread in some other random board, which will probably not be seen by the others who were following jaunty dev board (especially since general help forums will probably be flooded with other stuff).

Maybe keep it open for a week after release, but users are not able to create new threads? Only to reply to threads already created?

Support question need to be asked in the general support area after Ubuntu 9.04 is released. This forum will still be viewable, bit closed for posting. You can request certain threads to be move to the general support area if needed.
