Panel shadow?

Hi all.

Is there a way to reduce or completely remove the shadow without reducing or removing the window shadows?

Yes, in compiz window decoration plugin I think find entry for shadows and fill in / add:
!(class=gnome-panel)
It takes effect directly, if it doesn't work hit the + button on the right of the entry field and grab the panel to see what class it is; I think the above line is right though.
