On-Screen Piano that can playback sheet-music/MIDI files

Hello

So here is what I am looking for software which allows you to;

1. Type up (or drag and drop/click) Sheet-Music (for Piano)
2. Playback the typed up Sheet-Music with a virtual On-Screen Piano

Please recommend me a piece of software which can either do both, or just the first, then export to something that can be played back on the On-Screen Keyboard.

This doesn't work with PulseAudio.

Hi,

Check "nted", its in the repos, can type set music,playback as you do or after as a score, import and export files but not sure about the onscreen bit, might need an app called "timidity, (midi interface, to get sound working).
