Virtualization Ubuntu 9.04

hey guys im running tiny windows 7 on my ubuntu jaunty using virtual box so i get itunes for my ipod nano 5th gen. and i dont really know how to transfer my songs and/or data from my ubuntu to windows...
really appreciate the help

i installed samba host OS (ubuntu jaunty). do i need samba installed as well in the tiny windows 7?
and how do i access the file from the host OS?

i think the most flakky part of these contextualization technology is the DOCs

Last time i checked the documentation is not so nice to finishing a production ready setup
