    I can't disable Tor

    I can't disable Tor (v.0.2.0.31 r16744) on my computer, I keep clicking the Torbutton (v.1.2.1) and it's not changing anything.

    is this a common issue for Intrepid?

    (I realize this post might be lacking in pertinent info, but i don't know what info would be pertinent. please ask fo any info you need)
