Where has my NetworkManager Applet gone?

I've recently dicked around my desktop and needlessly deleted things, two of these were the Bluetooth applet and the NetworkManager applet that sit on the GNOME panel next to the volume control and clock. I've searched for them and can't find how to re-instate them. I've tried "Add to Panel" but neither are hosted there. Is there somewhere the applets are useally stored if so where, cause then i'll just make a custom application. This is proving to be a problem becuase I can no more monitor my network activity or search for new wifi connections in the area. Any help/ideas/guesses?

Have you still got two little broken vertical lines that is you right-click on them tell you that they are the 'Notification Area'. If not use 'Add to Panel' to reinstate the notification area. Network Manager is tethered to the notification area but I really don't know whether or not you'll get NM back if you put NA back. If you don't, try restarting your session.
