Can't listen to BBC radio with Real Player on Ubuntu

I am trying to listen to a radio program from BBC radio Shropshire on my computer. I downloaded and installed Real Player 11 on my computer and am able to play my mp3 files with no problem. When I try to go to the URL:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playliv...io_shropshire/
I get an error message stating that the player does not have the capabilities to play this content.
    The following components are required:
    text/html;charset=utf-8

My computer is an Acer laptop running the 64 bit version of Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex Linux.

Can someone please tell me how to add the missing component?

    Thanks

Have you tried movie player (Jaunty)? In the sidebar properties select BBC. Real player not required. Maybe not radio stations, but a lot of content. As far as real player, I'm guessing you need a plugin for it in firefox.
