Qt 4.5 cannot save font substitution list

Hi guys

I am using Kubuntu 9.04 now, with KDE4.2.1/Qt 4.5.0. One of the problems it annoys me is that qtconfig-qt4 cannot save the font substitution list. When I change the list, and press Ctrl-S, it can show me my modification. However, if I close it and open it again, the list becomes empty again. I tried use "sudo qtconfig-qt4" but not succeed. This happened in Debian sid/experimental Qt 4.5, too. Since it is very important for me, is there a hack for this problem?

I got exactly the same problem!
In fact qt4 settings does not save any modifications you have made, like changing fonts, colors....

Haven't found a solution to this problem yet.
Please post if anybody knows something about it
