    Intel PRO/1000 (e1000e) network adapter not working.

    Hello. I have a Intel PRO/1000 PT network adapter not working after the installation on Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit. Is there a package on repos to fix it or should I get the driver from intel.com?

    It is PCI-E desktop Ethernet card.

    Update: the official driver from intel.com works perfectly.
