    ProFTPd - Can't stay logged in.

    I have the idle timeout set to 10 minutes on ProFTPd, but after logging in from a remote computer, I get a prompt asking me for username and password whenever I change directories. Also, users complain that they get an "Authentication Failed" message whenever trying to download.

    I've been playing around with it, and it only seems to be a problem in browsers and nautilus. If I am using an ftp client, like Filezilla, the problem doesn't occur.
