Banshee doesn't see share on restart

I'm sharing my music from my mac with Tangerine. The first time i run Banshee it will connect to the share and all is grand. However, should i close Banshee and restart it, the share doesn't show up.

Why is that? Restarting SAMBA doesn't help. Meanwhile, Rhythmbox sees the share no matter what. Problem with that is Rhythmbox barely works. Could someone suggest a fix for this, or a different program altogether?

Exaile works fine, but I don't see any iTunes playlists from the share. Banshee would show the playlists.

I turned off sharing in iTunes, since tangerine was running, and things are normal again.
