Thumbs down [Solved] Screen Resolution problem

    Hi there!

Yesterday I installed Intrepid to a couple of computers in the office, both of them with a Samsung SyncMaster 551v monitor.

During the installation the screen resolution was Ok, something close to 1200x800 (I don't remember the exact number), but after installing the Nvidia card and other approx. 300 updates and reboot... the resolution now is 800x600 (It sucks).

Does anyone knows what is happening and How to fix it?

    Thank you very much!!!

    I already solved it!

I went to System --> Administration --> Nvidia X server settings

and change the resolution ther and not in the usual System --> Preference --> Screen Resolution.

Sorry if you loose some time.
