    Magnification properties.

A friend of mine has an eyesight disability.

Are there any apps for magnification of programs on the desktop?

    Thanks,
    and regards from BlindSight.

Orca Screen Reader, its installed by default
Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.

    Wink Re: Magnification properties.

    Thanks.

My friend isn't completely blind, but has a severe case of myopia, and his glasses can't even get close to seeing the screen from where he's sitting. He has peripheral vision, however.

    Any magnification programs?

'To zoom the desktop in.' -BlindSight

    Thanks again.

It might have been residual KDE fragments on my gnome, but compiz crashed my system. Bad.

I'll let BlindSight know there's another program out there.
