    avidemux and NVU

    Hi all

I am currently trying to install Avidemux on my system but also require Nvu to be installed.

The install needs to remove nvu-dev from my system.

How can I keep both programs?

Will Nvu work without the -dev files.

    Thanks for your help.

    hu?
    Avidemux needs Nvu??
You must be mistaken or it's one of those "wtf dependencies" (mplayer-xmms eclipse-mozilla)

I can't see why it wouldn't, -dev files are usually only used to compile against.

I will let the Avidemux install remove the Nvu-dev files and see what happens.

I'll keep you posted for the record.

    Regards
