    How to make a custom CLI Live CD?

    This is what I am trying to do:

    1. Make a disc image of my custom system

    2. Have an Ubuntu live cd that is purely a command line interface

    3. Select which programs will be installed on this live image.

    Have you looked at Remastersys?
