Shutting down icon is gone

Could someone please help ? My icon to end/restart/lock window has gone from my top tool bar?? Can someone please tell me how to get back?/

Right click the panel, Add to Panel, "Shutdown" - a round gray button (at least in Human). Is that the one you are looking for?

Right click on the panel, then click ADD TO PANEL and scroll until you get to SHUT DOWN. Click that and hit ADD. That should do it.
