I can't find Internet Options in FireFox

I was trying to fix a problem in firefox and I came upon instructions and how to do so. They told me "Go to Tools > Internet Options"

Much to my surprise, however, I went to tools "Internet Options" is not there. What happened to it?

If it's telling you to go to Internet Option, it sounds like it's probably a windows tutorial. You might wanna search a little farther.
