    Totem-xine playback jerky....

    Hi,
    I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 and I noticed that video(.wmv and DVD) playback is very jerky with both gstreamer and xine. The video starts out okay but after about 10 secs, it gets really slow. I know that my graphics card(intel) isn't to blame because I don't need to use proprietry drivers. I've tried vlc but it's slow as well. Any thoughts on what to do? Thanks.
    The Software box said "Windows XP Or Better"... So I installed Ubuntu .

    Anyone? I've tried regular xine, vlc, and mplayer but they're all the same. :\
    The Software box said "Windows XP Or Better"... So I installed Ubuntu .
