PC / OS Linux needs more help in building/Development/Programming and more support... development team needs more people

also they need more people helping
and need more hardware

PC / OS is based on Xubuntu and ubuntu
it uses the Xfce desktop environment

A) You can ask to be part of the development team. Submit artwork, Icon themes etc. Donate equipment, buy DVD's or CD's from On-Disk or donate to the project

I just had to go & check at distrowatch, I thought PC-LOS had had a DE change, from KDE to Xfce since last I looked.

So what are the major differences between Xubuntu & PC/OS?
