Getting my video drivers on an Acer Aspire One

I've got the wifi working and now I am trying to get the game Tibia to run on my Acer Aspire One. I believe it is not recognizing my video drivers. When I try to open Tibia from the unzipped folder it opens and immediately closes. I have tried a few things but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?

    thats not how computers work.

Check your logs, specifically, application logs.

try running the program as root

use command line to open it so you can see if it returns an error

Re: Getting my video drivers on an Acer Aspire One

As far as I'm aware the drivers are already in Ubuntu, or at least I haven't had any problems on my acer one. I have not got it with me at the moment but will try it when I get a chance and post back the results
Make sure it is a directory owned by and and the try running it using the command line.
Never run any programs as root that shouldn't need root privileges or you don't know what to do.
