Just rented Casino Royale. I thought it was a good re-boot film for the JB franchise.
Have you ever found something in the second-to-last place you looked?

"Taken" starring Liam Neeson. I walked in thinking it was going to be just another average movie but that film was awesome... if you like action/thriller movies.

None! Movies have gone to crap. Every thing's a sequel, or remake. The ones that aren't, are just crappy on their own merits.

I don't know about best, but body of lies was one of the worst. Couldn't even finish it.

In unrelated news, I find that (with the occasional exception) the best movies out there any more are generally the Disney/Pixar ones, like Monsters, Inc., Toy Story/Toy Story 2, Shrek I/II/III, A Bug's Life, and so on...

It's hard to find a good plot and compelling characters. It's also harder and harder to afford to go the theater for any movie, no matter how good, anymore.

+1 for Taken. Exceeds all expectations.
The truth may be out there, but the lies are already in your head.
