Hi, by playing around with KDE 4.2 my panel has disappeared and it is frustrating to add another one..how can i get my default desktop (after i ran the update for KDE 4.2?), ie with the default bottom bar.

Never mind I fixed it

Unlock your widgets, right click on your desktop and add panel. Then add widgets to it.
Next time please post the way you solved your problem for other users that may find this topic looking for an answer to the same question
