ADSL keeps disconnecting although line/router is fine?

Hi All ,
I got a broadband connection- pppoe in India via telephone cable called dataone.I got a 2mbps connection.
the line is very good with almost nil noise.I got 2 routers both are new.one is GLB-802C ,which I just RMA'ed few days back.I am using that router.

the problem is ,broadband gets disconnected every now and then almost 1-2 minutes it gets disconnected.
I got good SNR values(downlink 31dB) here.I got g.dmt as the moduation mode in the router.
I ran out of ideas for why this problem is persisting?
Will anyone help?
