I have normal repo-version also in this laptop, but I needed to download and make SVN-version to convert AVCHD-video. Now I don't need it anymore, and Kino export is broken because of svn-ffmpeg?
sudo make uninstall didn't do the job

Did you use checkinstall to install svn ffmpeg? If you start Kino from the command-line what errors does it give you when you try to export? Did you first navigate to the ffmpeg source directory before using "sudo make uninstall"?
