Delted Synaptic!!!!!HELP

I accidentally removed synaptic package manager. Unfortunately it also deleted ADD and REMOVE Programs. I am really frustrated at my incompetance to not realize my blunder beforehand.

sudo apt-get install synaptic

Enter terminal:
Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal
and type:

sudo apt-get install synaptic
