How do I open tar.bz2 files?

Again, somebody deleted it, I would also like to know why, but how do I run them, in the terminal?

You have to know what's in the file. A ".tar.bz2" file is a "tar" file (that could contain anything) that has been compressioned with bzip2.

So the answer is: who knows?
24 beers in a case, 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? I think not!
