Internal microphone only recording static - Fujitsu Lifebook A6110

hey guys, having problems with my mic. im on a Fujitsu Lifebook A6110 notebook. my mic is only recording static. im not quite sure whats wrong, or what info to add here. im sure you're going to need more info, so let me know what else you need to know.
