Hello, I am using version 0.9.9.4 of Lives. When I run from a commandline, I get:
sh: cannot create /share/livestmp//.smogplugin.6847: Permission denied
sh: cannot create /share/livestmp//.smogplugin.6847: Permission denied
sh: cannot create /share/livestmp//.smogplugin.6847: Permission denied
I've tried manually creating the livestmp folder, but no-go.
It works if I run it with gksudo first. But even if I change the temp directory to something accessible by my user login, like my hom folder, it reverts the next time I start it, which must be done w/ sudo.
I'm running Hardy, 32-bit.
Any help?
TIA
